Ability to disable a schedule

When scheduling a report, it would be a useful toggle feature to be able to disable the schedule instead of having to delete and recreate it. Idea submitted on behalf of a customer.

Users can schedule reports in batches

Users would like to be able to schedule a report to run with different sets of report options and have each of these go out to a different set of users.

email a report w/o scheduling

I would like to be able to run a report and email the results. Currently, the only way to do this is to schedule a report but this deosn't fit one-off reporting requests very well.

Users have more options for when to schedule reports

Users would like the ability to schedule report to run in ways other than just weekly. A few examples would be to run a report on the 1st of the month, 10th of the month, and/or the last day of the month.
