Disallow duplicate report names

It is currently possible to have 2 reports with the same name in the reports area. Alternatively, if the same report is imported twice from the gallery, there are 2 reports with the same name which could cause confusion. Equally, the same situation could occur if 2 separate users imported the same report from the gallery. Suggestion is to append (1) or similar to the report name (maybe with a dialogue to confirm to the user as they may not be seeing a duplicate due to permissions).
