Add the ability to use wild cards in Report Options and Filters

I would love to be able to say a Report Option or filter is A* (or A% or any other wild card character) for all values that start with A. Likewise, it would be nice to be able to say *A to get all values that end in A, or A*B to get everything that begins with A and ends with B.
