Display the Report Option operator, in addition to the value, in a cell

If I run a report where a field contains "S," for example, I would like to be able to populate a cell that will automatically say "Contains 'S'" based on that selection. If I use the "write" feature of the report option, "S" is displayed in the cell, instead of "Contains 'S.'" I would like the cell to reflect the exact report option criteria used when the report was run. Thanks.
