Hold key data and over write.

I would like the ability to hold certain data such as dates and have the ability to overwrite. I run multiple redundant reports for vendors, and I have to enter them one at a time using a new report. So I have to start fresh, enter a new vendor and re-enter the dat. It would be easier to overwrite and click "run ". I am view, read and maybe print only.
