Allow multiple default values for report options

When creating a report, I can set multiple default values for a report option, such as SKU. However, when running the report, only the first option appears for the users. Please allow us to provide multiple default values for a report option.

This would simplify creating filters so that users can simply click to remove the defaults they don't want to include.
