email recipient list

When scheduling a report, it would be nice to have the active directory email users to choose from instead of having to enter email addresses manually. Active cosmos users can be selected easily but we are emailing our reports to leaders who do not need access to cosmos and it would be nice to have their email addresses more readily available.
