Use Range Lists inside Batch files

I would like to be able to use a range list to replicate the batch file values for all columns, except the one populated by the range list. For example, the range lists replicates once for each non-blocked value of Global Dimension 1, and the value of GD1 populates into the GD1 report option value column. I don't think I am explaining this very well, but I think you know what I mean. ;) This would allow me to make the batch file dynamic, so that if any GD1 values are added in the future, the batch job automatically picks them up.
