Place contents of report in email body

Being able to place short reports in the email body to save users the need to open the file for daily snapshot type reports.

Queue Estimated Time

It would be great to be able to see an estimated time we could expect when we run our pipeline. If it takes a long time, it is reassuring to know that the time it is taking is expected and not that there is something wrong.

Locked Column Width

Currently, reports will try to fit the content which is desirable in most cases, but I'd like to be able to "lock" a width for specified columns and keep it the size that is set in the template so that it does not resize when running the report.

Ability to see list view of reports

Ability to Reorder Drilldown columns

The drilldown columns show in alphabetical order and then after is fields added. If we could reorder the columns that show in the drilldowns, then we can make quicker decisions and analysis after reordering the columns to most efficient.
